Efi Modestou is a Senior Production Manager with over 15 years of experience across high-end commercial and film productions.

Working on a freelance and contract basis, she has built strong, long-term collaborations with leading production companies in Cyprus and continues to be actively involved in demanding, large-scale productions with high expectations.

She has been working in a Production Manager role for the past nine years, following earlier experience as a Production Coordinator, First Assistant Director and Production Manager Assistant.

Her experience spans commercials, branded content, documentaries and films, consistently delivering projects that require structure and strong coordination across departments and teams.

She has worked on commercial campaigns for clients such as Cyta, McDonald’s, Eurobank, Alpha Bank, PWC, Deloitte, EY, Louis Group, Pizza Hut, EKO, Zorbas Group, Cablenet, KEO, Agros Mineral Water, Charalambides Christis, Epic, British Army, Cyprus Government, Kykkos Water, UNIC, Lidl, Primetel, Coca-Cola Group, as well as the Cyprus Presidential Elections campaign, among others.

From 2018 to 2021, she served as Head of Production & Multimedia at Digital Tree Group, where she led the production, overseeing the process from concept development to final delivery while managing multiple teams and productions simultaneously.

In 2022, she worked as Regional Producer for Chef’s Unlimited in collaboration with Eccholine (Brussels), on the Romanian MasterChef production, managing filming across 10 locations in Greece over a 50-day continuous shoot.

For the past four years, she has also been working as the Production Manager of DOT.on.the.map Industry Days, part of the Cyprus International Film Festival. Dot.on.the.map is a co-production, training and networking platform that brings producers, directors and scriptwriters together with international film professionals to meet in Cyprus.

From 2023 to 2024, she served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Directors Guild.

From 2024 to 2025, she worked under contract with the Deputy Ministry of Culture (Department of Contemporary Culture at Cinema Department), contributing to the development and support of the local film industry.

Since returning to freelance work, Efi has continued to work on international service productions and high-end commercial projects in Cyprus, including an 8-episode series produced by Zeitsprung Pictures GmbH in collaboration with FilmWorks and RTL Germany, as well as commercial productions for international and local clients.

Efi values a calm, solution-oriented approach and always aims to bring this into her work, building strong relationships with her collaborators. She prioritises clear communication and works to create respectful environments where teams can perform at their best, even under pressure.
